The City of Warrenton is accepting sealed bids for the annual ready-mix concrete purchases to be delivered to various locations within Warrenton, MO.  Read-mix is to be delivered on an as needed basis through June 30, 2012.  For bid specifications or further information, contact Brandie at City Hall at 636-456-3535.  Sealed bids marked “Ready-Mix Bid 2011″ will be accepted at Warrenton City Hall, 200 West Booneslick, Warrenton, MO 63383 no later than May 19, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Chamber of City Hall.  Any bids received after such date and time shall be returned unopened.  The City reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids.

The City of Warrenton hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
