Resolution No. 132 on May 3, 1994

The Industrial Development Corporation was formed and incorporated on March 21, 1994 and is called the Industrial Development Authority of the City of Warrenton, Missouri.

The Board of Directors were appointed by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen on May 3, 1994. Persons serving on the IDA must be City of Warrenton resident taxpayers for five years immediately prior to appointment. Members of the IDA hold six year terms.
