Below you will find available Building Department forms and applications. You may opt to complete the form online or download, complete and return the PDF form.

| Construction Water Usage Fee | $25.00 |
| Residential Inspection Permit Fee | $50 (includes initial inspection and one re-inspection) |
| Residential Re-Inspection | $25 for each sub sequential inspection |
| Sign Permits | A minimum fee of $10.00 for processing the application, plus one $1.00 per sq. ft. of sign area over ten 10 sq. ft. |
