Contractor Registration

In order to process a new contractor registration, the following will be needed:

• Completed application for contractor registration
• Fee – Contractors fee $40.00
• Contractors: copy of worker’s compensation insurance or affidavit of exemption

The required information should be submitted to the Building Department. The Contractor Registration shall be issued for a period of one(l) year from the date of issuance.

You may apply online using the form before or you can download, complete and return the Contractor Registration Application (PDF) to the Building Department or return via email to Diane Ingram.
