City Utilities – Water, Sewer, & Trash Services

City utility services include water, sewer, trash & recycling. The City Finance Department is responsible for managing City utility billing, answers billing questions, sets up new customer accounts, transfers existing customer accounts to new addresses, handles delinquent accounts and disconnects.
