Due Dates
Payments are due by the 15th of each month.
Service Shut-off Restoration
After 8:00am on “Shut Off Day”, payment in full including the $55 service fee is required to maintain/restore service. Please call 636-456-3535 for the required balance and/or to schedule restoration of service.
Online Payment Portal
Customers can review their account history, consumption, past bills & payment history, and pay utility bills online with a credit or debit card.
New users and individuals without a registered online account will need to have your utility bill available to log in or to create an account. A hard copy of your utility bill will allow you to provide your account ID # exactly as the City has it listed for billing purposes.
*Please note that a convenience fee of 3.25% or a minimum of $2.95 will be added to any credit or debit card payments. E-checks are a flat $2.95 fee.

Drop-Boxes
There is a 24-hour drop box located in the police parking lot near the Morgan Street entrance. Alternatively, you can use the walk-up drop box situated next to the front entrance of City Hall.
