To Register For New Service or Transfer of Service Please contact the City Utility Billing Lead Technician and provide the following:
Completed utility service application
Copy of Identification
Driver’s License, U.S. Passport, or State Issued I.D.
Deposit
- $100.00 per unit or house for residential
- For commercial deposit please contact the City Billing Clerk
For disconnection requests please complete the Residential Utility Disconnection Form.
