  1. City staff will present and request inclusion of necessary items into record.
  2. Applicant/Representative will be given 10 minutes to present the project and information.
  3. Public whether in favor or opposed, will be given 5 minutes to provide comments. When the buzzer sounds, 30 additional seconds will be given to conclude remarks.
  4. After the public has spoken, the Applicant/Representative will be given 5 minutes to address any issues/concerns brought forth during the public comments. The dialogue is with the Board, not the public.

Speakers shall not directly question applicant.  All comments are to be directed to the Board, Mayor, or Attorney.

Speakers are heard only during the public hearing/comments.
A speaker may not yield their time to another speaker to allow for more than 5 minutes.

DISCUSSION (Agenda Item)
The Board will discuss during the Agenda Item and engage the applicant as needed. (no public input)

The Board of Aldermen meets at the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month. Meetings are held at the City Annex Building, 202 West Walton Street, 6:00 p.m.
