Billing & Payments for City Services
Payments for all City Services can be made at City Hall located at 200 West Booneslick. A drive-up drop box is available by entering the parking lot on the west side of City Hall.
To make a payment by phone, please call 866-330-1470. Please have your account number ready.

*Please note that a convenience fee of 3.25% or a minimum of $2.95 will be added to any credit or debit card payments. E-checks are a flat $2.95 fee.
Utility Payments
Utility bills can be viewed and paid using the button below. You will need your account number to view and pay your bill.
Business License
Business license fees can be paid online using the button below. You will need your license number or name to access and pay these fees online.
Building Department Payments
Permit and contractor license payments can be made online. This service allows you to search for a specific record to make a payment on.
Miscellaneous Billing
Use the button below to make your miscellaneous billing payment online, please include your reference number provided by City Staff.
