Ed Schmelz's application has been approved for the 51.3 acre tract of land on the east side of Hwy AA, north of the North Service Rd. The site will begin construction on 108 single- family residential homes with the associated infrastructure to support the development.

Dean & Chad Oakley's application has been approved for the 0.95 acres of land east of N-Market St, south of Oaklawn Ave. The site will begin construction on a 5000 SF building and a 23 stall parking lot (22 regular and 1 ADA). With future plans to add an additional 600 SF office area to the building.

Fremont Property Management, LLC's application has been approved for the 24.76-acre tract of land north of Walnut Hollow Drive. The site will begin construction on 59 single-family residential homes with the associated infrastructure to support the development. This is the second and final phase of the 31.2-acre parcel submitted with the original Preliminary Plat depicting 80 single-family homes.

The site will begin construction on 27 single-family residential homes with the associated infrastructure to support the development. Lot 28 will remain for future commercial use. 

ELS Office Buildings & Warehouse

ELS' application has been approved for the 4.23-acre area of land on the west side of Highway 47, north of Brune Parkway. The site will begin construction on two office buildings and a warehouse, being built in three phases. Office Building # 1 is 6,000 S.F., Office Building # 2 is 10,000 S.F., and the Warehouse Building # 3 is 8,724 S.F.

SSM Healthcare's application has been approved for the 3.6-acre area of land west of Hwy 47,east of the Schnucks Store, and north side of Veterans Memorial Pkwy. The site will begin construction on a 15,585 square foot SSM Healthcare Facility with parking located on both the east and south side of the building. The building will be accessible from Highway 47 through a shared access location located between Walgreens and Taco Bell.

Tractor Supply's application has been approved for the 5.18 acre parcel of land directly north of the Schnucks Store. The site will begin construction on a 39,365- square-foot facility with parking located on the east side of the building. Tractor Supply will have two (2) access points from Veterans Memorial Parkway and Highway 47 through a shared access location with Taco Bell and Walgreens east of the subject site.

The Fueler, C-Store & Restaurant's application has been approved for the 2.81- acre area of land on the west of South Highway 47, north of Warrior Ave. The site will begin construction on a 5400 sq ft convenience store, a 1800 sq ft restaurant space and a 2700 sq ft car wash. 


The convenience store/ gas station opened on September 19, 2023.
The restaurant, Crazy King Burrito officially opened November 10, 2023.
