Hometown Christmas Light Parade Registration
We are excited to invite you to participate in the 3rd Annual Hometown Christmas Light Parade on December 5, 2026, in Warrenton! This festive parade will showcase beautifully decorated floats, vehicles, and entries from businesses and organizations, spreading holiday cheer throughout the community.
How to Register:
Complete and return the Hometown Christmas Light Parade Registration Form (PDF) or complete the online form at the bottom of this page.
Important Note: No float, vehicle, band, or other entry is allowed to feature Santa Claus as the city will have a designated Santa on our official float. Please ensure your entry does not include Santa. All entries must be lit up and decorated in a holiday theme to enhance the festive atmosphere of the parade.
Event Schedule:
- Participant Arrival: Please arrive at Rebecca Boone Elementary School by 4:00 PM for check-in and lineup.
- Parade Start: The parade will begin promptly at 5:00 PM.
- Parade Route: The parade will leave Rebecca Boone Elementary School heading north on Pickney towards Booneslick, turn left on Booneslick, proceed down Main Street through downtown Warrenton, and continue straight on Booneslick towards the Veterans Memorial roundabout to exit.
Safety and Decoration Guidelines:
- No float, vehicle, band, or entry is allowed to feature Santa Claus, as the city will have a designated Santa on our official float.
- All entries must be lit up and decorated with a holiday theme. • Participants are responsible for ensuring their entries are safe and comply with all safety guidelines.
- Entries must be completed and ready for inspection by 4:00 pm on December 6, 2025.
Participation Agreement:
By signing and submiting the Hometown Christmas Light Parade Registration form, you agree to comply with the event’s rules and guidelines. You also agree to hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, and the City of Warrenton from any liability or injury related to your participation in the Hometown Christmas Light Parade.
