Hey, parents! Would you like to add a bit of holiday cheer to your child's year with Santa's special response?
Details, you ask?
Beginning Tuesday, November 14, 2023, a magical red "Letters For Santa Mailbox" will be available outside of City Hall's front door to transport your children's letters directly to the North Pole and Santa Claus! All letters received by December 15, will receive a handwritten letter from Santa.
How it works:
STEP 1: Use your own stationary to write a personalized letter to Santa, or you can download the
City of Warrenton's Letter Template to fill out and mail to Santa.
- Be sure to include your name & address in legible writing, so Santa can reply!
- No postage stamps are necessary, unless you choose to mail it directly to City Hall.
- If you do not provide a return address, the elves will not know where to send your letter.
STEP 2: Bring your letter to City Hall, 200 W Booneslick, and drop it in the large red mailbox located next to the front entrance door.

- Take a photo of you and your kid(s) placing their letter(s) in the mailbox and share it with us on social media using #COWLetterstoSanta on Facebook or Instagram.
- Santa will write a letter back to each person who placed an envelope in the large red mailbox (as long as they included their name & mailing address). The reply should arrive in the mail before Christmas at the provided address.
