In an effort to enhance customer service, we are excited to share the City of Warrenton has transitioned our utility bill from a postcard to a full page billing statement. You should receive your statement during the first week of the month, starting with the October, 2023 payment cycle, which will be received in November, 2023. Click

Discontinued Use of Mailed Past Due Notices
Prior to the statement update, utility subscribers would receive a letter in the mail to notify them of a past due balance. Moving forward, we are eliminating this letter. All future past due account notifications will be placed on your monthly statement. Click
