Explorer Post 9111

Our Law Enforcement Explorer Post was established in 2011. The Exploring Program, which is under the umbrella of the Boy Scouts of America, provides youths ages 14-21 with an opportunity to learn about and participate in law enforcement.

The Post meets twice a month at City Hall. Police Officer advisors provide training to the Explorers. Training topics include, patrol functions, traffic stops, traffic direction, first aid, and many other aspects of law enforcement.
