Records Division

The Records Division is open Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM, excluding Holidays.

Request a Police Report

To request a copy of a police report, please submit a Request For Public Records Form. Forms are also available at the Warrenton Police Department. Please refer to the case number or the date of incident, victim name, and type of incident with the request.

Request a Criminal History Record

To obtain a Criminal History Record contact the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Criminal Records Division, as all local records are deposited there.
