Warrenton Crossing – SUBD-136

1.60 acres on the northwest corner of E. Booneslick & Hwy 47

Warrenton Crossing LLC, c/o Dana Moloney, has submitted applications for a Preliminary Plat and Final Record Plat for a 1.60-acre property located at the northwest corner of E. Booneslick Road and Highway 47. The Preliminary Plat proposes consolidating five existing lots into two commercial lots and has been submitted concurrently with a Final Record Plat. The subject property is zoned C-2 General Commercial District.

A Preliminary Plat is the first step in the property subdivision process. The plans depict a preliminary layout consisting of two proposed lots, Lot 1 and Lot 2, each containing 0.80 acres. The plans also identify the easements necessary to accommodate future municipal services to both lots.

A Record Plat is the final step in the subdivision process. Once the plat is approved and recorded, the proposed lot configuration will become final. As permitted by §410.210(C) of the City Code, the Final Record Plat has been submitted concurrently with the Preliminary Plat.
