If your concern is life threatening or cause for serious injury, call 911.
If your concern is an emergency regarding Water and/or Sewer please call (636) 456-3535 and press 9.
For non-life-threatening issues that require immediate attention, call the City at 636-456-3535. You’ll be guided through a directory menu to leave a voicemail with the appropriate department, which will address the situation as soon as possible. Please be sure to include your name, contact phone number, and the address or location of the issue.
