Request to be Placed to Board of Aldermen Agenda

Requests to be placed on the Board of Aldermen Meeting Agenda are to be submitted to the City Clerk by 4:30 p.m. the Thursday prior to the Board of Aldermen meeting.

Requests can be submitted online, using the form below, or you may download  and complete the Request to be on the board agenda form (PDF) and return to the City Clerk in person, during office hours, at 200 West Booneslick Road, Warrenton, MO or via email to the City Clerk.

****NOTE: No handouts are allowed to be distributed at the meeting. All information for the meeting must be submitted with this request for distribution to the Elected Officials prior to the meeting.
